  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors.

Orders & Contract Formation

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders for any lawful reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in selected areas of Pakistan

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. Consumers retain all rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.
